Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

No parties or large gatherings are allowed.

Please respect “siesta” hours during the summer months, from 3 PM to 5 PM, to maintain a peaceful environment.

No illegal downloads or misuse of the internet.

Please refrain from eating or drinking on the beds or couch.

Avoid pouring food or grease into the kitchen sink.
Always turn off the AC, oven, and other electrical appliances after use.

Do not flush toilet paper, towels, or any other items down the toilet.
Clean up after pets if they join you in the bathroom. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required.
Pets should not be bathed in the shower to avoid clogging the drain.

Any damage to the septic system will result in a fine of €500 or more, depending on the severity of the issue. Please handle the system with care.

All garbage must be removed at the end of your stay. Use the green bins located on the right before the central road.

When leaving the house, ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain safety.

Please inform us immediately so we can address it promptly.
Small incidents typically won’t incur charges, but damages to appliances, electronics, or furniture may require a discussion about repair costs.
